Man runs faster than the cheetah - Is it true?

2012-09-20

Man can run faster than the cheetah! Don't belive it. Watch the video yourself! A human saves a prey from a leopard and runs. Beware that this video is made for fun.

The cheetah is a large-sized feline inhabiting most of Africa and parts of the Middle East. The cheetah can run faster than any other land animal— as fast as 112 to 120 km/h (70 to 75 mph) in short bursts covering distances up to 500 m (1,600 ft), and has the ability to accelerate from 0 to over 100 km/h (62 mph) in three seconds (source: Wikipedia).

Is cheetah the fastest running animal in the world? Watch photos and read more about animals on our global travelguide Travel Explorations. Here you can watch a video clip of the fastest animals in the world: Top ten fastest animals in the world!
